Occupational Therapist

Candace Logans is a dedicated Occupational Therapist with over 12 years of experience, including a decade in home health and five years specializing in pediatrics. Her clinical expertise spans a wide range of areas, with a special passion for feeding therapy and supporting children with neurological disorders. Candace finds deep fulfillment meeting each family where they are and walking with them every step of the way.

Physical Therapist

Shanae Davis is a licensed Physical Therapist with over 15 years of experience across rehab hospitals, sub-acute care, outpatient clinics, and home health. She specializes in working with individuals with neurological disorders and is passionate about helping clients and their families discover new ways to engage in the activities they love.
